We are currently seeking Registered Nurses for morning andnight shifts.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role inenhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality clinical careand ensuring a positive resident experience.

Working collaboratively with the care team, you will supportresidents to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing whilepromoting dignity, respect and independence. You will be responsible for delivering safe, person-centred care in line with the Aged Care QualityStandards, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and fostering apositive team culture.

About You

You are passionate about improving outcomes for older peopleand have an understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelorof Nursing
- CurrentAHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum12 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Strongclinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experiencecoordinating care, supervising staff and acting in charge
- Abilityto work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while also workingindependently
- FullAustralian work rights with no restrictions
- CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certification
