The Role:
This is an amazing opportunity to join a reputable, family focused early learning centre in the beautiful, quiet region of Gippsland as an experienced Educator. We are looking for an experienced educator for the nursery or toddler room who has experience supporting and leading a team and creating exciting and fun activities for children.
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will support in the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & NQF.
You will be working in collaboration with the qualified educators in the room to create a safe, rewarding, and tranquil environment for children to take their first step away from their parents. Being the next role model for nursery aged children to learn social skills in addition to independence.

The Senior Educator we're looking for:
You are someone who values building relationships with not only the children, but their families and the community. Someone who believes in advocating for children's voices and has a strong understanding of the EYLF & VEYLDF. As well as how to implement the frameworks into your planning and everyday learning.
You must have strong leadership skills, as well as experience working collaboratively in a team and supporting and training educators, and love engaging and creating activities that support with the development of children.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience working as a senior educator
As a Senior Educato, you will hold:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an educator or leader
- Current Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC-E)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (2+ years)
