SOILCO is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate packaging machines, set up, monitor, and perform minor troubleshooting in a bulk materials environment.

You will complete production records, perform quality checks on bag weight, seal integrity and coding, and maintain cleanliness and safety in line with WHS standards.

This full time role requires forklift and manual handling capabilities, good communication, reliability, and a team-focused approach within our Australia operations.
