Endeavour Group Careers, on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager for Pub Mooloolaba to lead as 2IC in a busy, high-volume workplace. You will partner with the Venue Manager and fellow Assistant Managers to drive service standards, floor strategy, and team development.

You will bring a proven hospitality leadership track record, RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, and the energy to motivate staff across bars, gaming, and functions.
