HWLE Lawyers in Melbourne is seeking an Events Coordinator to support end‑to‑end event management, stakeholder coordination and on‑site delivery. The role reports to the National Events Manager and works closely with the marketing team to deliver high‑quality events from bespoke experiences to large-scale gatherings.

You'll manage timelines, budgets and vendor relationships, liaise with venues, and oversee communications to ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting multiple events
