We’re a well-respected not-for-profit that’s been serving people in need for over 170 years. Each year, we achieve life-changing outcomes for thousands of people who rely on our person-centred support.
Financial Capability Caseworker… Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don’t just talk about values – we live them.
Your opportunity
Working within our Financial Wellbeing & Community team, you’ll meet people where they are – in Anglicare offices and across community locations including community hubs, pantries, churches and local services. Using a person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, you’ll work alongside clients to understand their financial circumstances, identify their goals and develop practical strategies that support lasting change. You’ll work closely with Financial Counsellors, Community Pantries and Hubs and other services to provide integrated support, while building strong relationships and referral pathways across the local community.

- Provide strengths-based financial coaching that encourages positive behaviour change, problem-solving and long-term financial resilience.
