HYPAR Group is seeking Youth Mentors for the Sunshine Coast region to support young people with high to complex needs in a therapeutic, protected home environment. Mentors will empower participants, promote healthy lifestyles and help them access community and health services.
The role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, strong communication skills, and a commitment to building positive relationships within a care team.
