Sowena is seeking a part time Scheduler to coordinate and schedule services for NDIS clients across Victoria from a remote setup. You will guide new clients through intake and match them with suitable support workers, ensuring every detail is accurate.

In this role you will be the first friendly voice for inquiries, respond warmly and professionally, and support a high-volume scheduling environment while maintaining a calm and detail-oriented approach.
