Logan City Council is seeking a practical, people-focused Security Team Leader to guide our security team and shape protective security across the City Administration Centre precinct. You will coordinate daily security coverage, lead and support a dedicated team, and strengthen governance across access control, CCTV, patrols, incident response, and emergency support—creating a safe, welcoming environment.

The position is permanent full-time with a 10-day fortnight, hybrid adaptable working
