What You'll Do

- Lead & Develop the Team

- Analyse store performance metrics and implement action plans

- Lead Store Operations
- Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Lead successful execution of product launches and promotional campaigns
- Champion Customer Experience
- Lead from the front during daily trade
- Deliver exceptional service standards
- Create memorable experiences for collectors, fans and customers
- Foster a customer-first culture throughout the store

Availability Requirements

Versatile availability across all 7 days is required. Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays. We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency. While rosters are planned in advance, flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected. Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
