Rydges Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar. You will shake cocktails, deliver flair service, and engage guests with personality in an intimate rooftop setting with views of the airport runway and city skyline.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar workplace, strong beverage knowledge, and a team-player attitude. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and shifts to suit airport traffic is essential.
