nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Australia to grow within our internal workforce. You’ll work independently across installations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting customers in homes or businesses.

No prior telecommunications experience is needed—we’ll teach you everything. You’ll install copper or fibre cabling, set up customer equipment, identify and fix faults, and ensure customers feel supported throughout the process.
