We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Maintenance Team at our manufacturing site in Lisarow, NSW .

If you know manufacturing, you know things don’t always go to plan. Machines break down, priorities change and production needs to keep moving. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that environment and knows how to get in, find the problem and get things running again.

This is a Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm position, with an additional RDO each month.

You’ll also need some flexibility to cover afternoon or overnight shifts when team members are on leave.

If fixing breakdowns is your bread and butter, this could be a pretty sweet move.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to breakdowns and repair manufacturing equipment





- Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting

- Preventative maintenance

- Fitting and machining

- Welding and fabrication

- Equipment modifications and improvements

- Work closely with production to keep the site running

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Australian Mechanical Fitting, Fitting & Turning or similar trade qualification

- Experience in a manufacturing workplace – FMCG highly regarded

- Strong breakdown and fault-finding experience

- Welding and fabrication skills

- Experience with conveyors, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes and bearings

- TIG and/or purge welding skills desirable

- A practical, solutions-focused approach

- Strong safety focus

What We Offer

- $48.21 per hour + $56.76 weekly tool allowance

- Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm

- Additional RDO each month
