You're someone who:

- Communicates with credibility and impact, confidently handling complex, sensitive and challenging financial discussions.
- Applies critical thinking to analyse issues from multiple perspectives, identify risks and deliver solutions that improve business performance and decision-making.
- Builds and manages strong stakeholder relationships, balancing competing needs and facilitating practical, innovative solutions.
- Brings strong management accounting expertise, using budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and reporting to provide clear financial insights and support business decisions.
- Ensures strong financial governance and compliance, applying effective controls, risk-based modelling and financial systems to support sound financial management.

Qualifications and experience

You’llbring:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant or related discipline (mandatory)




- Qualified membership with CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountants Australia), or an equivalent professional accounting body.
