About the Role
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients, supported by organic internal leads.
- Provide exceptional service to engaged clients and concentrate on what a true Adviser role should be.
- Be supported by engaged and experienced Paraplanners, Clients Service Officers/Administrators.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong understanding of holistic financial planning.
- Experience with XPLAN (desired).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A motivated team player who thrives in a cooperative environment, with great people skills.
- Proven capability to establish and nurture strong connections with both clients and stakeholders.
