We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. If you’re data-driven, results-focused and passionate about paid media strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of client pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns from end to end. This will include strategy development, campaign build, monitoring, optimisation and reporting.
Your primary focus will be driving the maximum number of conversions at the lowest possible acquisition cost. You’ll analyse data, test new strategies and continuously refine campaigns to ensure strong performance and measurable ROI for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and manage Google and Meta Ads campaigns
- Monitor performance and make regular improvements
- Deliver top-notch customer service that ensures customer satisfaction and retention
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and skilled manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing Google and Meta Ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC and performance metrics
- A professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Canva and a keen eye for creating visually appealing designs
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent multitasking abilities
