The Lucas Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager to drive current business and strengthen relationships with growers and agribusinesses across the southern Murray–Darling Basin. You will develop territory plans, manage pipelines and collaborate with marketing, technical and customer success teams to achieve growth.

Ideal candidates bring experience in irrigated agriculture or horticulture, plus a proven ability to build partnerships and manage a sales pipeline.
