Svitzer Australia, based on the West Coast, is seeking a Tug Master to support Fremantle marine operations and drive protected, compliant towage services. You will deliver Master training across locations and mentor operators to enhance competencies.

You will develop and run simulation-based courses, review incidents, and provide marine expertise during client and port interactions. A Master 45m Near Coastal COE and strong communication are essential.
