Northcott is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll services for 2,300+ staff across NSW, QLD and ACT. The role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance and exceptional service within People & Culture, driving system optimisation of Aurion and related tools.
You will work with Finance, ICT and operations to lead the payroll function, manage awards and enterprise agreements, and deliver improvements to reporting, controls and employee experience.
