Mercy Community is seeking a Head of Talent & Workforce Capability to lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisational development and learning and development to attract, develop and retain a skilled, mission-aligned workforce.
The role reports to the Chief People Officer and heads a small team, partnering with service leaders and the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic capability and workforce planning across aged care, family and youth services.
