Enaex Australia is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our People team in Perth. You will provide ER/IR guidance across a dispersed workforce, manage complex employee matters, and support enterprise bargaining, policy governance and HR projects with leaders at all levels.

You will partner with site leaders, navigate industrial instruments, and travel regularly to operational locations, delivering practical people strategies in a dynamic mining and manufacturing setting.
