AMP is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary, Super Trustee, to support the Senior Company Secretary in delivering governance and secretarial services to the Trustee Board and Committees. You will oversee end-to-end activities for Audit and Risk Committees, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with the Corporate Governance team.

You will work closely with the Executive Board Assistant and contribute to governance projects, process improvements, and stakeholder
