Grill Americano Sydney is a casual dining venue in Sydney, operated by Lucas Collective, seeking Kitchen Hands to join a high-energy, creative kitchen team. You will support the chefs and ensure the cleanliness of the back-of-house area.

Ideal candidates have previous kitchen hand experience, robust time management, and a positive can-do attitude. Rosters rotate across days, nights, weekends and public holidays, with OHS and food hygiene knowledge valued.
