Vivaci Industries, operating Chiropractic Life, is seeking a standalone People Manager to own the HR function end-to-end across multiple entities and a distributed workforce. This is a fully remote role, available anywhere in Australia, reporting to the CEO and guiding strategy across the executive team.

You will lead employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, award interpretation, NES compliance and engagement, while building IntelliHR automation and capability for practice managers.
