4WD Supacentre is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and drive revenue growth across our store network. You will split time on the sales floor coaching staff, supporting customer conversations and closing deals while modelling best-in-class service.

You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with regional leaders to plan sales initiatives, manage rosters and optimize performance across product categories.
