We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent role supporting civil infrastructure,
land development and construction projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
Your Impact
- Support the implementation and continual improvement of RJV's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Lead ICAM investigations and support the close-out of corrective actions.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSEQ training.
- Coach and mentor operational teams to achieve positive HSEQ outcomes.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HSEQ, WHS or Safety Advisor role within civil construction, mining or infrastructure projects.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).
- Current White Card.
- Current WA Manual Driver's Licence.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
- ICAM Lead Investigator qualification (desirable).
