An excellent opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join a well-established high-end residential builder on a large-scale luxury new build in Cronulla.

The builder specialises in complex, architecturally designed homes valued up to $40M across Sydney and has a strong pipeline of projects ahead.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Site Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the site while remaining hands-on when required.

The Role

- Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades
- Manage quality, finishes and attention to detail
- Read and interpret architectural drawings
- Assist with programming and sequencing of works
- Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Hands-on carpentry where required
- Help drive the project through key stages of construction

About You

- Qualified Carpenter with strong Leading Hand experience
- Must have experience on large-scale,



high-end architecturally designed residential new builds
- Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle
- Confident managing and coordinating trades
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Looking to progress further into site management
