Hitachi Rail is seeking a System Engineer – Human Factors & Ergonomics to apply HFE principles across complex rail projects. You will ensure human performance, accessibility, safety, and maintainability are integrated from concept through validation.

You will lead studies, define HFE requirements, conduct task analyses, support system architectures, and collaborate with engineers, operators, and safety specialists to deliver user-centered solutions.
