Gilson in South Yarra is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead the bar team in a busy, quality venue opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens. You will oversee service pace, stock control, and cost management while mentoring staff and coordinating with management on events.

We value a calm, effective operator with strong COGS understanding, excellent organisation, and a commitment to high standards. RSA is required for this role and the position offers strong base pay and growth opportunities.
