For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Part time Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) at the Wagga Wagga Community Aged Care home. You will lead a team of RNs, ENs and PCAs, shaping clinical care systems and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays and requires 2+ years in a similar leadership role, current AHPRA registration, and strong skills in care planning, funding and compliance.
