About the Role

The firm is looking to appoint a Special Counsel into its Commercial Litigation practice.

You’ll immediately become involved in a major commercial dispute currently attracting significant media attention, alongside a broader pipeline of complex litigation.

This is a senior role. You’ll run matters, manage clients, work directly with Partners and counsel, and supervise more junior lawyers.

Duties

- Lead complex commercial litigation matters
- Manage major court proceedings and key workstreams




- Advise clients directly on litigation strategy and risk
- Work closely with senior counsel and specialist barristers
- Supervise and develop junior lawyers

Skills & Experience

- Significant experience in Commercial Litigation
- Operating at Special Counsel level or ready to step into it
- Strong experience running complex court proceedings
- Excellent drafting and strategic judgement
- Confident managing sophisticated clients and matters
