MaxCap Group in Melbourne is seeking a commercially minded risk qualified to join our Risk team. You will assess and manage credit and property risks across MaxCap’s debt-funded lending portfolio and work with investment teams to structure transactions.

You will monitor portfolio health, identify at-risk exposures, and develop practical risk mitigants. The role offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and the chance to influence investment decisions for domestic and global investors.
