Princess Alexandra Hospital is seeking a Graduate Social Worker to develop clinical skills within a supportive hospital setting, working alongside experienced social workers and multidisciplinary teams.

You will complete psychosocial assessments, support patients and families, contribute to discharge planning, referrals, advocacy, and connections with community services, and collaborate across teams to achieve patient-centred outcomes.
