About the Role
- Be the friendly face and voice clients know and trust – handling their calls, emails and queries with professionalism and care
- Work behind the scenes to get things done – coordinating with fund managers, product providers and ensuring implementation runs smoothly
- Maintain accurate client records and investment data in Xplan
- Coordinate client meetings and manage diaries to keep everything running like clockwork
- Prepare applications and liaise with product providers and fund managers
- Bepart of delivering an outstanding client experience from start to finish
About You
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
- Previous experience in a financial planning practice
- Proficient in XPLAN
- Outstanding communication abilities both written and verbal with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Someone who loves working as part of a team and has natural people skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and nurturing client relationships
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
