NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Service Product Support Officer to provide ICT support for Youth Justice NSW staff and critical applications. You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate service requests, manage user access, and develop knowledge of the CIMS system and related legislation to ensure accurate, effective support.

The role is located in Parramatta with hybrid work options and a temporary full time contract up to 12 months.
