Bayswater Bar & Grill, part of Australian Venue Co., is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our coastal dining team on the Urangan Esplanade in Hervey Bay. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
