The role focuses on developing clinical reasoning and supporting effective return-to-work plans through hands-on induction, shadowing, and remote learning modules within workers’ compensation frameworks.
You will manage client portfolios, perform initial assessments, visit workplaces, and work with a multidisciplinary team to drive protected, timely recoveries.
