Pattern is seeking a commercially focused partnerships lead to build and activate a strategic partner ecosystem across the Australian market. You will generate qualified introductions, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on joint GTM initiatives.

You will establish ongoing partner relationships, manage an active referral program, and coordinate co-marketing activities to accelerate bookings and revenue growth.
