Gundagai Meat Processors (GMP) is seeking a Maintenance Fabricator to study engineering drawings, fabricate and repair plant equipment across the GMP site. You will work with stainless and mild steel, cut and form metal sections, and join components using welding while ensuring hygiene and quality standards in a meat processing setting.
Routine and preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, and support for installation and commissioning of new equipment are part of the role.
