A genuinely supportive New Graduate program

Your first few months are designed around learning, development and building confidence rather than expecting you to immediately manage a full caseload.

You’ll receive:

- Two-week structured induction alongside other New Graduates
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Occupational Therapist
- Fortnightly OT peer support
- Gradual increase in clients and productivity expectations
- Regular team training and clinical development
- Support with assessments, reports and clinical decision-making
- Access to long-standing Senior Clinicians for additional guidance
- Up to $5,000 annually towards professional development

As your clinical skills develop, your caseload and KPIs will gradually increase with clear expectations and support along the way.

About the role

Work across a combination of clinic, school and home-based appointments,



giving you exposure to children in different environments while developing a broad range of practical OT skills.

Your caseload may include children requiring support with:

- Sensory processing and regulation
- Emotional regulation
- Functional skills and independence
- Fine and gross motor development
- Daily living skills
- School participation
- Attention and engagement
- Developmental and disability-related needs

You’ll work across well-equipped clinics with access to extensive therapy resources, including:

- Onsite sensory jungle gym
- More than 30 individual therapy rooms
- Dedicated resource room
- Functional therapy spaces
- Sensory equipment and resources
- Group therapy areas

You’ll also work alongside Speech Pathologists and other Occupational Therapists within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration or eligibility
- Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
