We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Services Manager who takes pride in their work

and is ready to step into a rewarding leadership role with genuine career progression opportunities.

About the Role

Working closely with clients across a broad range of industries, you will play a key role in delivering high quality

accounting, taxation, and advisory services while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
- Providing taxation advice and business growth strategies
- Financial modelling, forecasting, and budget preparation
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior accountants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- General accounting and taxation support as required

About You





To be successful in this role we require a proactive and personable accounting professional who enjoys both technical work and client interaction. Previous experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years’ experience within a public practice accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of:
- Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
- GST
- Corporations Law
- Experience across a variety of accounting software packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and professional approach
