Sales & Suspension Tech Support (automotive) . 4WD Suspension

4 Way Suspension, home of Tough Dog 4WD Suspension, is looking for a Sales & Technical Support person to join our team at Marsden Park. You'll be working across sales, technical support and customer service. You'll be helping customers select the correct suspension for their vehicle and application, providing technical advice to dealers, workshops and retail customers, and building robust relationships with customers and trade clients. The key is getting the customer into the right product for the right application.

Key responsibilities

Helping customers select the correct suspension for their vehicle and application

Providing technical advice to dealers, workshops and retail customers

Answering technical enquiries by phone and email

Preparing quotes and sales orders

Following up enquiries and sales opportunities

Helping customers understand suspension options and vehicle requirements

Working with our workshop team on vehicle fitments

Assisting with technical and warranty enquiries

Helping maintain our showroom and product displays

Building strong relationships with customers and trade clients





About you

Valuable automotive knowledge

A genuine interest in 4WDs and vehicle modification

The ability to understand technical information and explain it clearly

The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities

A skilled and friendly approach to customers

Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills

A willingness to learn

$70,000 – $85,000 + Super, depending on experience
