Seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations across its seven club outlets. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of AUD$130,000 to AUD$140,000. The successful candidate will take ownership of customer service standards, cost management, concept development, and team leadership across a multi-venue hospitality operation, making a real impact on how members and guests experience the club.

Preferred Requirements





- Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a multi-outlet hospitality environment
- Strong track record in cost control, budgeting, and P&L; management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute food and beverage concepts that drive member engagement
- Excellent people management skills with experience building and engaging hospitality teams
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain high service standards across multiple venues

Preferred Qualifications

- Hospitality or Food Service Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Experience in club or membership-based hospitality environments
