Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a straightforward residential portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Handle tenancy matters and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare for and attend NCAT matters when required
- Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation
- Work closely with the dedicated leasing team
- Maintain accurate records and provide a high level of client service

THE PERSON

- Previous Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
- Organised with strong time‑management skills
- Professional and solutions‑focused approach
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
