Women's Health GP - Epping, Vic | Funded Pelvic Pain Clinic

ForHealth Group is seeking a Women's Health General Practitioner to join our dedicated team at our Epping clinic in Victoria. This is a part-time or full time position offering a unique opportunity to specialise in women's health, with a particular focus on our funded pelvic pain clinic. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred care to women presenting with a variety of health concerns, with the ability to develop expertise in the assessment and management of pelvic pain conditions. This position represents a strategic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on women's health outcomes within our community whilst working flexibly to suit your lifestyle and professional aspirations.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general practice consultations to female patients across a range of presenting conditions

Deliver specialist assessment and management of pelvic pain presentations, utilising evidence-based approaches and collaborative care models

Contribute to the delivery of the funded pelvic pain clinic programme, including patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning

Develop and maintain detailed, accurate medical records and ensure appropriate documentation of all consultations

Collaborate with allied health professionals, specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care

Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Support ForHealth Group's commitment to high-quality, evidence-based clinical practice





Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical governance, privacy and professional standards

What we're looking for

Current registration with the Australian Medical Board as a General Practitioner

Valid Australian medical degree or recognised overseas qualification with appropriate credentials

Interest in or demonstrated experience within women's health practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse patient populations

Experience in delivering patient-centred, holistic care with attention to the biopsychosocial model of health

Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously within a structured practice environment

A genuine interest in specialising in women's health, particularly pelvic pain conditions, would be advantageous

Previous experience with pelvic pain management or women's health clinics would be considered a valuable addition to your application
