Barbossa Bar and Bottle shop is a Caribbean themed venue that provides a great customer experience to our patrons by from our extensive cocktails and strong influence on rums. Our food is Caribbean and Western style. We specialise in functions and also do breakfast on weekends. We have an attached bottle shop to add extra value to our venue. We have a strong family ethic with team members that care.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have a current RMLV and Approved Managers license
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Duty Manager
- Minimum 2 years experience bartending
- Barista experience advantageous but not essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing the venue
- Serving customers
- Closing of venue
- end of night procedures and paperwork
- Managing a team
- Training
- Following OLGR rules and regulations
- Must have cocktail experience
- Running of venue
- Helping manage functions
- Helping to write cocktail menus
30-36 hours a week available
