Woombye Care Inc, located in West Woombye, Queensland, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team for a full time 38-hour week. You will assess, plan, and implement personalised care plans to ensure residents’ wellbeing and comfort in a supportive, collaborative environment.

As an AHPRA-registered RN with aged care experience, you will administer medications, conduct comprehensive assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, dignity-preserving care.
