Key Responsibilities

- Supporting and mentoring junior staff through training, guidance, and ongoing development to build their skills and confidence.
- Preparation and review of:




- Annual financial statements across all entity types.
- Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
- General compliance and advisory work.
- Providing high‑quality business services and tax advisory support to clients.
- Conducting tax research and applying relevant legislation to client scenarios.
- Managing client relationships.
- Working closely with management to improve processes and client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree or qualification in accounting (CA/CPA completed or near completion preferred)
- Over 5+ years experience in public practice.
- Proficiency with MYOB, Xero, Handisoft, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability.
- A friendly, approachable team player with a proactive, can do attitude.
- Someone who genuinely cares about their career and wants to grow with the firm.
