Australian Venue Co. is seeking Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to join the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff, Victoria. You’ll lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day operations, coaching the team to deliver warm, consistent service.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who stay calm under pressure, manage guest and team issues, and support the Venue Manager to keep the venue protected and running smoothly. Evening and weekend availability is required.
