The Returned and Services League of Australia is seeking an experienced Head of People and Performance to lead the people function across ANZAC House and Hyde Park Inn. Based at ANZAC House in Sydney CBD, the role offers a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days working from home.

You’ll shape our people strategy, lead workforce planning and succession, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliant payroll and HRIS governance.
